Race Car Chassis Design
Designed and developed race car chassis design for UAS client. All the chassis design is done using steel tubes as One piece tubular Steel spaceframe.
All forces were considered when designing this design including FEA analysis.
Design optimization was done up to the 7th iteration.

Race Car Suspension Design
Design and development of new suspension geometry to cater to all customer requirements. Double wishbone A-arm with coil-over dampers. Camber, Caster, Toe, and steering Ackerman are adjustable in the front suspension whereas camber and toe are adjustable in the rear suspension. The track width is also adjustable. Maximum jounce and rebound travel, for each case, is 4 inches.

Design and developments of attachments to electric scooter which helps to ride the scooter for long ride more comfortably. This developments include the extension of the standing area and seat attachment. This attachments can be fitted into nearly all of the electric scooters out there in the market now.
